the mini-bar in my suite was fully stocked with snacks and a coffee machine. i had a lovely view over the garden and the lake from my room. the bathroom featured a free-standing bath, a nice addition for relaxation after a long day.

the shower pressure was somewhat weak.

check-in at the pub was loud i struggled to hear the staff member. the room felt a bit shabby. all night, a constant motor noise kept me awake with loud dripping after 6am.

The room reeked of stale air , a scent I couldn't quite place. My "Double Room" felt more like a glorified single and the television remote was missing. The staff shrugged when I asked about it , no replacement was offered.

the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.

The room felt quite cold despite it supposedly being summer. the hot water tap was dangerously hot. I couldn't touch the water without burning myself. also, i constantly heard every step from the room above, and it woke me up throughout the night!!!
